7月28日通过系统投稿，7月30日凌晨2:00分配编辑和稿号，2:05发来拒稿信，耗时5分钟。
虽然是桌拒，还给出了拒稿理由，还贴心的给出了另投建议：

I am sorry to inform you that, having read the paper, the editorial team finds that it is not within the scope of the journal, which seeks to publish work that includes significant metatheoretical, epistemological, or transdisciplinary issues in the study and philosophy of language. We would like to emphasize that the quality of the work is not at issue, only the scope and topic of the article. We strongly encourage you to submit your work to a journal that is a closer, more direct fit for the contribution it makes to linguistics, such as a one focused on assessment methods in education, NLP and adjacent topics, etc. We wish you the best of luck!

我的点评：意见好多，改起来很棘手和痛苦，但是攻击点很精准，闯过来就觉得还是长进了。尚未发表，等三审，估计又要很久，要改的也不会少。编辑意见尚可，但说审着也有毙掉的可能，看综合意见。
