期刊BenchCouncil Transactions on Benchmarks, Standards and Evaluations (简称TBench) 是由国际测试委员会（International Open Benchmark Council ，简称BenchCouncil）于2021年创办的一本以季刊形式出版的开放获取型英文国际期刊。
TBench聚焦基准（Benchmarks）、数据集（Data Sets）、标准（Standards）、评估（Evaluations）和优化（Optimizations）等多个学科。期刊主编由BenchCouncil指导委员会主席、中国科学院计算技术研究所研究员、中国科学院大学岗位教授詹剑锋博士和英国皇家工程院院士Rutherford Appleton Laboratory STFC教授Tony Hey博士共同担任。编辑委员会由国内外40多位资深专家组成。
TBench主要刊发Benchmark、Standard和Evaluation领域最新原创文章，研究领域包括但不限于：

Please ensure that you select the appropriate article type from the list of options when making your submission. Authors contributing to special issues should ensure that they select the special issue article type from this list.
