Instructions for Authors
Article Types
Visual Intelligence accepts submissions of the following article types:
Perspective
Perspective articles are intended to provide a forum for authors to discuss models and ideas from a personal viewpoint. They are more forward looking and/or speculative than Reviews and may take a narrower field of view. They may be opinionated but should remain balanced and are intended to stimulate discussion and new experimental approaches.
Research
Research articles publish full reports of data from research that have not been published previously and are not being considered for publication elsewhere. It includes full Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion sections.
Review
Review articles provide a comprehensive summary of research on a certain topic, a perspective on the state of the field and where it is heading.
