《中国比较法学刊（英文）》期刊简介
《中国比较法学刊》于2013年创刊，是牛津大学出版社与中国学界联合创办的第一份综合性英文法学期刊，也是国际比较法科学院支持出版的第一份比较法国际专业期刊。它以“世界视野，中国重心”为宗旨，旨在为中国与世界法学学者交流思想、拓展研究合作提供一个一流的国际学术平台。其范围涵盖所有领域的比较法研究,重在着力推出比较法领域具有基础性和持续性的原创作品，特别是其中攸关中国法制建设和进步的学术论文。在评审方面，该期刊实行严格的“双盲”评审制度。期刊编辑部设在西安交大法学院。
《中国比较法学刊》组建了一支高度国际化的编辑队伍。期刊创始主编、现任名誉主编为我校校长助理、法学院院长单文华教授，现任主编为我校法学院青年拔尖人才刘桥教授。《中国比较法学刊》持续关注“一带一路”建设和司法改革等热点问题，也通过牛津大学出版社的Blog就“一带一路”建设中涉及的若干重要问题进行回应。

Scope
The Chinese Journal of Comparative Law (CJCL) is an independent, peer-reviewed general comparative law journal published under the auspices of the International Academy of Comparative Law (IACL) with its Editorial Office currently based in the Centre for Chinese and Comparative Law of the School of Law, City University of Hong Kong.
CJCL aims to provide a leading international forum for comparative studies on all disciplines of law, including cross-disciplinary legal studies. It gives preference to articles addressing issues of fundamental and lasting importance in the field of comparative law.
How we publish
CJCL is a peer-reviewed journal that publishes one issue per year online.
After copyediting and review of the final proof, papers are published in the currently open volume.
Submitting
Publishing in CJCL means that you are publishing with Oxford University Press (OUP), a not-for-profit publisher and a department of the University of Oxford. Learn more about how publishing with OUP reinvests in the scholarly community on the OUP For Authors page.
