Grass and Forage Science publishes the results of research and development in all aspects of grass and forage production, management and utilization, reviews of the state of knowledge on relevant topics and book reviews. In this context, stress refers to extreme conditions under which crops and forages grow.

Papers chosen for publication must demonstrate relevance to a crop system and present new knowledge of value and interest to scientists studying other crops, or studying the same crop in different production conditions. Studies that confirm previous advances or contain information primarily of local interest will not be accepted.
