未收录期刊信息提供的范围及标准：1、CN期刊：（1）必要条件：国家新闻出版总署官网有备案，或者有批复文件。（2）直接收录：数据库有收录如知网、万方、维普、超星等有收录。（3）可以收录：虽无数据库收录，但官网或者官方微信公众号上有连续出版目录，或有尚在连续出版的相关说明，且有公开有效投稿方式。（4）新创期刊：至少已出版一期、且在连续出版中，同时满足上面条件（为保证大家发表文章的可预期性，只有开始出版的新刊才收录。因为有的批复后长时间不出版）。2、内刊：（1）必要条件：内刊准印证号。（2）其他要求：同CN期刊。3、集刊（以书代刊）：（1）必要条件：ISBN书号。（2）其他要求：同CN期刊。4、国际期刊（这里仅指大陆主办或合作出版的只有ISSN刊号的期刊）（1）必要条件：ISSN刊号。（2）主办或合作方需要是我国境内大学、科研院所等科研机构，且在各自单位官网或微信公证号上公布有相关信息。5、其他ISSN期刊包括港澳台期刊，我们随后会专门安排时间集中处理。
