==Submission==

Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers (.doc) will be accepted by HCMS. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing. Submitted papers will be followed through a double-blind peer review process by technical committees of the Conference.

==Publication==

All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by at least 2 experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process before the final decision and detailed presentation at the conference, all the accepted papers will be published in springer book series learning and analytics in intelligent systems.
