投稿前的细节检查
魔鬼藏在细节中
（一）标题与摘要：论文的"门面"工程
论文的标题和摘要是编辑和审稿人首先看到的内容，直接决定了他们是否愿意继续阅读全文。
1、标题：
需准确反映研究主题，避免过长或过短。检查标题是否包含关键术语，同时避免使用缩写。
2、运行标题(Running Title)：
通常为标题的简写版本，需符合期刊要求。
3、摘要：
需包含研究背景、科学问题、假说、方法、结果和结论。
4、特别注意：
是否首次使用缩写时提供了全称？
方法与结果的描述顺序是否一致？
字数是否控制在300词以内？
5、实用技巧：
写完摘要后，尝试用摘要中的关键词在数据库中进行检索，看看是否能准确找到类似研究，这是检验摘要质量的一个好方法。
（二） 作者信息与伦理声明
许多投稿因作者信息不全或伦理声明缺失而被直接拒稿：
1、作者列表：
确认所有贡献者都被列入，姓名拼写准确无误。特别检查通讯作者的详细信息（单位、地址、邮箱、电话）。
2、伦理声明：
尤其是涉及动物实验或人体研究时，必须包含伦理审查批准信息。
3、利益冲突声明：
所有潜在利益冲突都必须公开。
4、常见错误：
通讯作者邮箱使用毕业院校邮箱(.edu)而该邮箱即将失效，导致后续沟通中断。
（三）论文主体
从Introduction到Discussion的完整闭环
1、Introduction写作要点：
第一段：提供充分但不过度的背景知识
第二段：明确指出研究空白和科学问题
第三段：提出假说并概述研究内容
2、检查重点：是否所有缩写首次出现时都提供了全称？逻辑是否层层递进？
3、Methods部分：
实验材料和试剂信息是否完整（厂商、批号等）？
每个实验是否以目的陈述开头？
统计分析方法是否详细说明？
常见问题：方法描述过于简略，导致其他研究者无法重复实验。
4、Results部分：
是否采用"结果-数据-分析"的三段式结构？
文字描述与图表信息是否一致？
显著性差异是否明确标注？
5、Discussion部分：
第一段是否重述主要发现？
是否充分讨论与同行研究的异同？
是否承认研究局限性？
最后一段是否为总结性陈述？
（四）图表与参考文献：专业性的体现
1、图表检查清单：
分辨率是否足够（通常要求300dpi以上）？
是否为CMYK色彩模式（针对印刷期刊）？
坐标轴标签、单位是否完整？
三线表格格式是否正确？
图例信息是否完整？
2、参考文献常见问题：
格式不统一（尤其注意作者姓名、期刊名缩写等）
引用数量不足或过多
漏引关键文献或过多引用自己团队工作
（五）格式与投稿前最后检查
1、检查
确认各部分是否单独成页
检查页码和行号
字体、字号、行距是否符合期刊要求
2、查重：
完成查重（通常要求低于15-20%）
进行英文母语润色（尤其对非英语母语作者）
3、特别提醒：
投稿前确保所有作者都阅读并认可最终版本，确认每位作者的邮箱都是常用邮箱。

1、强调原创性：

审稿意见类型及应对策略
1、正面意见：
"This is a carefully done study and the findings are of considerable interest."

(1)接受意见并修改：
