惊蛰春雷响，万物皆兴旺。这春风和煦，草木萌发，万物蓬勃盎然，充满朝气与希望的季节，是审慎筹划的季节。为全面提升我市小学英语教育教学质量，增强教师教学基本功，强化语音培训效果，优化教师语音素养，教师教育发展服务中心陈儒亭主任精心组织了首届全市小学英语教师“英语朗读者”评比展示活动。
英语的美如何呈现？英语教师的魅力如何体现？教英语首先应该教好什么？学英语首先应该学好什么？让我们回归本真，朔源而上！
语言之美主要体现在语音的准确性和节奏的韵律感，只有在朗读中，在自然地道的语流里才能更好地展示出清晰规范的语音和抑扬顿挫的节奏，才能更好地体现出语言表达的准确、生动，贴切、入心。英语朗读通过重音、连读、节奏、语调等技巧把语言材料中的思想感情表达出来，作为教师，更要不断提高朗读水平。朗读在常规教学中对提高学生学习英语的兴趣起着至关重要的作用，因此，英语教师务必做到发音准确，语流流畅，语调自然，通过自身的良好示范潜移默化地帮助学生打好英语学习的基础。
本次活动的主题是“I am an English Teacher”，参与者主要包括近两年优质课和教学基本功等专业比赛的一等奖获得者及学科中心组成员等教师。36位老师经过精心的准备，或将自己的从教经历娓娓道来；或分享自己的教育感悟引人深思，形式多样的风格把我们带入了一个多彩的英语世界。

晏老师通过一次运动会“表白”事件，完成了一场“爱”的教育。当然，她也收获了学生们的喜爱。我想：教师和学生相互给予、相互成长，这便是师生最本真的关系！

Here is one article said: “I am a monkish dream pursuer,and I will take any hardships that stand all the way in my believed path.” Holding the belief where I dedicate myself onto the stage of education with full of hope.
Education is to deliver love, to light up the souls of students. I gave my entire amor to these little boys and girls. I told them that I will be not only their teacher but also close friend. During a school sports event, a student suddenly asked me: “Miss,do you want to know who likes the monitor in our class?” My mind was like “It can’t be,they only third grade children and would know nothing about relationships,that’s puppy love and definitely not allowed!” But within a second thought,why not hear her out before criticism! I said, “Yes?” The little boy said proudly: “You don't know yet,don‘t you!They are Mike, John, Peter and me! There are four !” I pulled my tension over after hearing it,thank god,he did not mean the “Like” the way I did.Then I asked: “Why is she so popular?” Then the children got excited and gathered around explaining their reasons : “Because she is pretty!” “She studies well” “She knows everything”. I said: “Look,boys and girls,you will be as popular as she is if you do the same as she did,let's learn from her, shall we?” I was so happy myself that I used my heart to give a “love” class.I sincerely love every one in my class, and earned their love for me in exchange.On my birthday,my students have sent me a special present although they were already graduated,It is an album that full of the students’ sincere blessing. In the album they said: “Miss,it is your sincere love that delivered us happiness,we are so lucky to be your students.” And yet I would say: “I am the same,it’s my happiness as well to teach you guys with love!”
With the students’ love, I believe that I will moving forward to the great expectation. The journey ahead is still a long way.Yet I have made a progress and got closer to the end.
