冬天是积蓄酝酿的季节，是孕育希望的季节，是激发灵感的季节，是审慎筹划的季节。为全面提升我市小学英语教育教学质量，增强教师教学基本功，强化语音培训效果，优化教师语音素养，教师教育发展服务中心陈儒亭主任精心组织了首届全市小学英语教师“英语朗读者”评比展示活动。
英语的美如何呈现？英语教师的魅力如何体现？教英语首先应该教好什么？学英语首先应该学好什么？让我们回归本真，朔源而上！
语言之美主要体现在语音的准确性和节奏的韵律感，只有在朗读中，在自然地道的语流里才能更好地展示出清晰规范的语音和抑扬顿挫的节奏，才能更好地体现出语言表达的准确、生动，贴切、入心。英语朗读通过重音、连读、节奏、语调等技巧把语言材料中的思想感情表达出来，作为教师，更要不断提高朗读水平。朗读在常规教学中对提高学生学习英语的兴趣起着至关重要的作用，因此，英语教师务必做到发音准确，语流流畅，语调自然，通过自身的良好示范潜移默化地帮助学生打好英语学习的基础。
本次活动的主题是“I am an English Teacher”，参与者主要包括近两年优质课和教学基本功等专业比赛的一等奖获得者及学科中心组成员等教师。36位老师经过精心的准备，或将自己的从教经历娓娓道来；或分享自己的教育感悟引人深思，形式多样的风格把我们带入了一个多彩的英语世界。

王一军，小雪街道中心小学教师，曾获得济宁市“一师一优课”活动“优课”、曲阜市优质课一等奖等荣誉；工作勤恳认真，教学成绩优异；教学中充分发挥学生主体地位，善于激发学生英语学习兴趣，课堂教学轻松活泼、形式多样。

她是一名老师，一名拥有100多个学生的普通英语老师。
她热爱教学。阅读各种书籍、参加各种活动、研究借鉴各种教学方法，不断地提升自己的专业水平，用专业引领学生探究英语世界；

她不仅是学生学习道路上的指导者，也是学生成长道路上的引路人。
If I were an English teacher,I’d love my job.As the saying goes, "To be good at a job, you have to love it." I’d try my best to do it well;I’d continue to learn to have a solid professional knowledge, and use various ways to improve my personal skills;
If I were an English teacher,I’d develop my teaching art; I need to have the abilities to provide a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere and environment for the students’ study;I’d make English class not boring anymore; I’d make full of each student’s ability and always encourage them to give them confidence.
If I were a teacher, I would have a lot of ideas......
Fortunately,I became an English teacher six years ago.
My school is a village primary school and I have more than 100 students.Just like what I said before, I love my job and I’d like to put in the effort to do it well .But,is that enough for me to be good and successful now ? No , that’s far from enough . In spite of all the above aspects,good teaching is the primary and the most important requirement .And there is another very important thing is to love students.
Students are the major learners.
In my opinion,I’m not only a teacher at a school, but also a friend on their life paths. I won’t only care about students' grades, but also their character development;
I’ll fully respect them,pay attention to the cultivation of their independent learning ability, and stimulate their creativity;
I'll show my care and love for them . Whenever they are in trouble , being sick or feeling blue;
I’ll not only to be their teacher , but also their elder sister ,their friend or their mother ;
I’ll be the person that will talk with them or try to help them to balance themselves in good condition .
Everyone needs love . Love is one of the most magical and wonderful feeling in the world . The love can motive the students to work hard ;The love can promote the students to be better and better in many ways;The love can make the students open their heart to let us know what they are doing , what they are thinking about and how they are feeling .Teachers’ love for their students can make the impossible possible.
English teacher is a very common position,but to be a good and successful English teacher is not an easy job.
English teaching is very big, because there are so many English teachers quietly dedicated. I am proud to be one of them, and I am proud to dedicate my life to my beloved English teaching career.
In short, a teacher should be the one who you really can learn something from and can make you want to learn,and that’s who I want to be !
