一对多的关联性如何表达

对于二者之间的关联性，我们一般表达成correlation/association/relationship between A and B, 如：correlation between BMI and leptin concentration。但是，一对多的关联性该如何表达？比如，要表达A与B/C之间的关联性，如果表达成correlation between A and B and C，意思很不明确。这种情况下，可以表达成correlation of A with B and C，如：correlation of serum CRP with age and BMI。

使用as well as时需要注意的一个地方

关于as well as的使用，如果是三项或三项以上时，as well as之前的几项需要一个and来连接，即：A and B, as well as C；A, B, and C, as well as D. 一般不说：A, B, as well as C. 应用举例如下：

The cultured cells were examined to assess growth and morphology, as well as bacterial contamination.

The growth and morphology, as well as bacterial contamination, of cultured cells were assessed.

Sensitivity and specificity, as well as positive and negative predictive values, were calculated.

有“种”不如无“种”

各“种”不一定要把“kind”或“type”译出来；比如，“几种细胞系”和“几种细胞因子”写

成“several cell lines”和“several cytokines”就可以了，不用写成“several kinds (types) of cell lines”和“several kinds (types) of cytokines”。
