投稿时的“数据可用性声明”该如何写？

数据可用性声明从根本上取决于数据是否可以获取。数据的类型不同，可用性声明也会有所不同。下面列出了一些常见的数据类型以及所对应的可用性声明的模板供大家参考：

1.原始数据半公开，在文中或者作为补充材料上传到投稿系统。

写作模板：

The authors confirm that the data supporting the findings of this study are available within the article [and/or] as its supplementary materials.

2.数据可以公开，并已经上传到一个数据共享平台。这类数据往往会有一个平台自动生成的DOI或者获取链接URL。

写作模板：

The data that support the findings of this study are available in [repository name e.g“figshare” at [doi]  or at [URL].

3. 不完全公开，需要向作者索取。

写作模板：

The data that support the findings of this study are available from the corresponding author, [author initials], upon reasonable request.

4.当稿件中所用的数据来自公共领域资源时，数据来源于公共数据库是可以完全公开的，例如政府年报、年鉴统计、开源网页等，大众可轻松获取。

写作模板：

The data that support the findings of this study were derived from the following resources available in the public domain: [list resources and URLs]

5. 数据获取受限或需要申请

此类论文中的数据多涉及数据提供方的版权问题，需要读者申请或解密期后方可获取，诸如商业数据、第三方机构、机密设备产生的数据等。

写作模板：

The data that support the findings of this study will be available in [repository name] at [URL / DOI link] following a [6 month] embargo from the date of publication.

6.由于（伦理/法律/商业）限制，数据无法公开（不可获取）。部分版权要求比较严格的数据，或涉及到个人隐私、道德、伦理问题等类型的数据，通常无法开放给大众获取。

写作模板：

Due to the nature of this research, participants of this study did not agree for their data to be shared publicly, so supporting data is not available.

7.当稿件没有产生新的数据，所以不适用于共享。这类论文多为综述型论文，作者的数据多来源于文中的参考文献。

写作模板：

Data sharing is not applicable to this article as no new data were created or analyzed in this study.

作者在投稿时一定要仔细阅读所投期刊的投稿须知（Instruction for Authors），大多数期刊都会对数据可用性声明有一定的要求。根据期刊的数据可用性声明的要求，作者可以根据研究的性质进行选择，有时可能需要整合几个模板内容才能写出一份符合所投稿件的数据可用性声明。
