We pursue problems of basic and translational interest to intestinal health. Our studies have focused on the development of the intestine, adult intestinal function, intestinal stem cells, the role of cellular metabolism in intestinal health, inflammatory bowel diseases, and colorectal cancers. Many of our projects employ state-of-the-art epigenomics, mouse models, and patient-derived organoids. Join an outstanding team of colleagues!
