青岛大学宿杰课题组在Nano Energy发表3D可穿戴传感器相关研究成果

近日,青岛大学宿杰课题组在国际顶级期刊《Nano Energy(中科院大类一区,影响因子:19.069)上发表题为“3D wearable piezoresistive sensor with waterproof and antibacterial activity for multimodal smart sensing”的研究论文(https://doi.org/10.1016/j.nanoen.2023.108492)。青岛大学为论文第一完成单位,青岛大学特聘教授宿杰、曹明惠和刘彤为共同通讯作者。

可穿戴柔性传感器作为物联网世界中的“神经末梢”,能够帮助人们更加方便地感知世界、享受生活。目前,高灵敏度、优异的稳定性和快速的响应已经逐渐满足了3D可穿戴压阻传感器的快速发展的要求。然而,对可穿戴电子产品至关重要的防水和抗菌性能等重要参数却没有得到足够的重视。在本研究中,利用石墨烯、银纳米粒子(Ag NPs)、聚氨酯(PU)和热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)制备了具有防水和抗菌活性的3D可穿戴压阻传感器。这款3D TPU@rGO-Ag NPs@PU传感器的传感性能具有极强竞争力,表现出优异的灵敏度(GFmax= 152.98 kpa1),可靠的动态稳定性(超过10,000次循环),快速的响应/恢复时间(50 ms/40 ms),以及令人满意的灵敏度保持(~90%)。此外,该传感器具有出色的防水和高抗菌活性(>99.9%),为实现可穿戴提供了充分的便利。此外,该传感器还可以捕捉到用户的指法习惯、打字强度和打字速度,克服了密码认证系统的安全性不足,提高了信息的安全性。该3D压阻式传感器在多模态智能传感领域显示出巨大的潜力,为开发智能可穿戴传感器和未来广泛的商业应用提供了机遇。
