About the Project
Interesting new Marie Skłodowska-Curie Doctoral Researcher post to Examine the Health Economic Impacts of RNA in treating retinal diseases.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for a full time, fixed term position (36 months) as a Doctoral Researcher (DR) at Cork University Business School (CUBS @CUBSucc ) in University College Cork (@UCC). This position is one of 12 doctoral researchers being recruited as a part of a European-funded Marie Skłodowska-Curie Doctoral Network (DN) project ‘’Targeting RNA as an approach for treating retinal diseases’’
The successful applicant will be registered for a PhD at the University College Cork, and will work with Dr Aileen Murphy (@aileenmurphy_)(PI), Professor Matthias Beck, and Dr Ann Kirby, CUBS; Only applicants who have not been resident in Ireland for more than 12 months in the three years preceding the start date are eligible for this post.
Skills/Qualifications
· Candidate must have obtained a standard of at least Second Class Honours, Grade I, in an approved primary degree, or other such other evidence under the University's policy for Recognition of Prior Learning for Admission to Research Degrees.
· Desirable technical competences: experience in conducting systematic literature reviews, experience in conducting economic evaluations
· All postgraduate applicants whose first language is not English must provide evidence of English language proficiency.
