1.来稿请使用本刊网络采编系统www.guojifayanjiu.org。本刊实行匿名评审，稿件一经采用编辑部会及时联系作者。
2.来稿请附英文标题、5~8个中英文关键词、300~500字中文摘要、400~500词英文摘要。
3.正文中所有外文人名、地名、条约、判例、专有术语等，均请译为中文，并在第一次出现时视情以圆括号注明外文原文。
4.条约凡有作准中文本的，请使用作准中文本的标题和约文；国际文件凡有官方中文本的，请使用官方中文本的标题和表述；凡有单独文号和发布时间的，请注出单独文号和发布时间。
5.英文以外的外文文种，依照该文种习惯，并请参照本刊中英文注释体例。
