Submission Guidelines
Manuscripts for the regular issues are to be submitted to the Editor-in-Chief, or to one of the Managing Editors, online via Editorial Manager (EM), a fully web-based submission, peer-review, and tracking system. Manuscripts for a special issue should be submitted to the Guest Editor(s) of the special issue. Please submit a pdf or ps file of the paper together with its complete source files — Word Doc preferred, if not in pdf and tex files. If you are submitting via this new system for the first time, you will first be required to register. From the account you create, you will be able to monitor your submission and make subsequent submissions. Hardcopy submissions or submissions via email to the Editors-in-Chief will not be considered
With some exceptions, the limit on the paper's length is around 25 IJFCS-formatted pages (Detailed instructions for preparation of manuscripts are available in: Latex2e (readme / Download)
Submission of a manuscript indicates a tacit understanding that the paper is not under consideration for publication with other journals.
If copyrighted material is used, the author should obtain the necessary copyright release and submit it along with the manuscript.
Once a paper is accepted, authors are assumed to cede copyrights of the paper over to World Scientific Publishing Co.
All papers will be acknowledged and refereed. They will not be returned.
For final manuscript preparation and submission, see FINAL. Submission of the final manuscript implies that the manuscript is in its final form. Deviations from the instructions will cause publication delay.
There will be no page charge for the journal.
A pdf version of each published article/paper will be provided to the first-named author/corresponding author free-of-charge in lieu of the offprints. Purchase orders for offprints can be made during submission of manuscripts.
