外语论丛》稿件格式要求(中文稿)

1.稿件构成

论文的中文标题、提要(300字以内)和关键词、论文正文(含参考文献)

论文英文标题、提要(200字以内)和关键词

作者姓名、单位、通讯地址、电话号码、Email地址(另页)

2.正文

全文请用WORD编排(同时可提交Pdf格式,如有图表,可用RTF格式备份)

2.1  结构层次:正文分为若干节,节下可分为若干小节

节标题、小节标题单独占一行。节号形式为123 …;小节号为阿拉伯数字,如1.11.2 …,如再分则使用1.1.11.1.2 …等。

2.2  字体

正文使用5号宋体。英文使用Times New Roman

2.3  图表

图标题置于图下方,表标题置于表上方。字体用仿宋小五。图表的行距为单倍。

2.4  参引

所有直接或间接引文及论文所依据的文献均须用圆括号参引标明其出处,如(Chomsky, 1957: 20-30)。所引内容须与正文后所列参考文献的内容一致。

作者名字无论是英语或汉语拼音,参引时均按国际标准,只标注其姓,不注其名。

直接或间接引述某一具体观点,均须给出文献页码,格式为:出版年:页码,如:Gimson1989: 27-8

圆括号内的参引如不止一条,一般应按出版年排序:同一作者的两条参引之间用逗号隔开,如Fillmore1968, 1971);不同作者的参引之间用分号隔开。

2.5  附注

注释统一采用尾注形式。

注释用附注形式,在正文需要注释处右上方加数字123…,在正文后写明“注释”字样,然后依次写出对应数码123 …和注文。正文中参考段落后的指示序号与文后序号一致。多次参考的同一文献,用相同序号,在文中序号后直接标出页码,如[1: 141-6];文末依次排列参考文献时不再标示页码。

2.6  例句

例句宜按顺序用(1)(2)(3)…编号。每个例子另起1行,左缩进2个中文字符。编号与例句间不留空格。

3.参考文献

每条参考文献首行不空格,与左页边对齐,第2行起缩进2个字符。

文献条目按作者音序(中文按汉语拼音音序)排列。

中外文文献分别排列,外文在前,中文在后。

同一作者不同出版年代的文献按出版时间先后顺序排列,如若同一作者同一年的出版作品则按出版年代后+abc标识。

论文篇名和书名后加注文献类别标号,如专著[M],论文集[C],论文集内文章[A],期刊文章[J],尚未出版论文[R],博士论文[D]等。

期刊名称后的数字为期刊卷号,如没有卷号只有期号,期号应标示于圆括号内;如有卷号每一期单独编页码,须在卷号后标明期号,同时将期号置于圆括号内。

Article Submission

Research papers should be up to 8,000 words, Research Note articles up to 6,000 words and Review articles up to 4,000 words. Research Note papers can be research-in-progress studies, state-of-the-art reviews of the literature in the field, or studies which discuss the pedagogical issues surrounding a linguistic area. Submission of papers about PhD dissertations and researches are welcome.

The author or authors must submit a brief biography as well as an undertaking the paper is not under review with any other journal.

All submissions should be submitted to the e-mail box: jinan_journal@sina.com.

Process: All submissions are first assessed by the members of the editorial office.

Then the papers will be further assigned to two external editors for blind review. Their comments will be collected for associate editors and editor in chief for their final decision. The whole process will probably take about 3 months.

**Format for all submissions (Please read carefully before submitting your paper)

Please also note the following procedures:

  i The document must be in MS Word format.

 ii The Font must be size 12, Times New Roman.

  Headings: Times New Roman size 14.

  Spacing: 1.5 between lines.

 iii  Foot notes must not pop up in the Document. They must appear at the end of the article.

 iv Citations APA style.

  v  Abstract. It should contain an informative summary of the main points of the article, including the articles purpose, theoretical framework, methodology, types of data analyzed, main findings, and conclusions. The abstract should reflect the focus of the article.

  vi  Keywords. All articles must include Keywords at the beginning of the article following the abstract. Generally 4-6 keywords are fine to facilitate locating the article through keyword searches.

 vii  Graphs Charts be placed in the body of the document.

viii  Paragraphs. Double space between paragraphs. Indent the beginning of each paragraph except those immediately following a heading, quotation, example, figure, chart or table. Keep text formatting (e.g., italics, bold, etc.) to the absolute minimum necessary. All lines to be against Left-Hand Side Margin (except quotes — to be indented per APA style).
