《全球能源互联网（英文）》2026年全年专题征稿计划

《全球能源互联网（英文）》围绕建设新型电力系统、构建新型能源体系等重点方向，推动跨学科融合发展，2026全年共策划了6个特色专题专栏，同时对常规栏目及其内容设置进行了优化完善，丰富各栏目的内涵，以期为专家学者们提供更优质的学术互动平台、创造更多交流机会，诚挚邀请国内外研究团队积极投稿。
《全球能源互联网（英文）》自2018年创刊以来，已收录入ESCI（Web of Science Q2）、EI、Scopus（Q1）等权威期刊数据库，并收录入中国科技核心、瑞典DOAJ、荷兰SD、日本JST、美国UPD、英国INSPEC、法国BACON、德国EZB、瑞士Scilic、波兰IC等13个国别的核心期刊数据库，入选中国科协高质量科技期刊分级目录“能源电力领域”T2级期刊，获“中国国际影响力优秀学术期刊”。
一、2026常规征稿栏目
1新型电力系统：
包括新型电力系统综合规划，新型电力系统运行控制，新型电力系统装备性能提升，新型电力系统架构与演化路径，源网荷储协同规划与运行，构网型技术，虚拟电厂技术等；
2低碳能源转型：
包括碳中和路径与情景分析，电气化碳减排效益评估，能源高效利用与节能技术，清洁电力引领能源转型发展，电能替代推动新旧动能转换等；
3清洁能源开发：
清洁能源监测评估及预测，包括清洁能源优化布局，清洁能源开发与并网，大型清洁能源基地协同控制，分布式清洁能源系统等；
4综合能源系统：
包括综合能源系统规划设计，电-热-冷-气-氢协同调度，综合供用能关键技术，精准供冷与余热利用技术，电氢耦合技术，综合能源系统能效与标准等；
5先进输电技术：
包括柔性直流输电、灵活交流输电，先进控制保护技术，面向高比例可再生能源的输电技术，新型输电装备等；
6智能电网技术：
包括智能电网监测、运行、控制、保护，基于人工智能技术的电力故障分析、负荷预测、系统规划和规划等，电力信息物理系统，电网全景感知与物联网，主动配电网与自愈控制，智能用电与需求侧管理等；
7能源气象融合：
包括极端天气故障机理与风险评估，电网防灾减灾与韧性提升，气候变化机制研究，应对气候变化发展战略研究等；
8能源战略规划：
包括电力市场机制与设计，碳市场设计与交易，电-碳市场耦合机制，多能源市场博弈分析，能源安全战略，全球能源治理与合作等。
二、2026年专刊主题
（专题按预估刊发时间排序，将根据收稿情况微调。）
（一）面向新型电力系统的电氢耦合与先进储能技术（2月刊）
在“双碳”战略引领下，新型电力系统构建成为能源转型核心任务，而风光等可再生能源的间歇性、波动性带来消纳与电网稳定难题。电氢耦合技术通过“绿电制氢-储氢-氢能发电”闭环实现能量跨时空调度，先进储能则以多元技术路径提供毫秒级响应调节，二者成为破解瓶颈的关键支撑。本期拟以“面向新型电力系统的电氢耦合与先进储能技术”为主题，约稿征稿范围为：
1.电氢混合储能协调优化运行技术；
2.支撑电氢耦合的市场机制设计；
3.新型储能系统规模化集成与控制关键技术研究；
4.电化学储能、飞轮储能、重力储能、氢储能等新型储能的核心技术研究；
5.构网型储能协调控制与优化配置；
6.新型电力系统储能的商业模式和运营机制。
（二）高比例可再生能源电网韧性提升（4月刊）
随着强随机性、波动性新能源大规模并网、高比例电力电子装备的接入，对电网的安全稳定运行与抵御极端事件的能力构成了严峻挑战。提升新型电力系统的韧性，对保证电力安全可靠供应具有重要的理论意义与现实价值。本期拟以“高可再生能源比例电网韧性提升”为主题，约稿征稿范围为：
1.面向韧性提升的新型电力系统优化运行；
2.面向韧性提升的新型电力系统控制保护技术；
3.极端事件下的电网韧性评估与提升；
4.数据驱动与智能化的电网韧性运行技术；
5.储能、需求侧响应、虚拟电厂等灵活性资源支撑电网韧性提升；
6.支撑电网韧性建设的市场机制与政策设计。
（三）人工智能赋能的新型电力系统：关键技术与创新应用（6月刊）
新型电力系统存在电力供需匹配难度大、新能源消纳问题突出等难题。计算机视觉、深度学习、神经网络、大模型等新一代人工智能技术以其强大的数据处理能力和学习能力，为解决这些问题提供了新途径。探索和研究人工智能技术在新型电力系统全局以及源网荷储各部分调度、运行、控制的应用具有重要意义。本期拟以“人工智能赋能的新型电力系统：关键技术与创新应用”为主题，约稿征稿范围为：
1.人工智能技术在新能源发电功率预测的应用；
2.人工智能技术在短期用户负荷预测中的应用；
3.人工智能技术在设备故障诊断和人员行为分析中的应用；
4.人工智能技术在新型电力系统规划及优化中的应用；
5.人工智能技术在智能配电网/微电网中的应用；
6.人工智能大模型在新型电力系统运行调控中的应用。
（四）新型电力系统的协同优化与灵活运行技术（8月刊）
在"双碳"目标驱动下，高比例可再生能源接入使电力系统呈现强不确定性、低惯量等新特征。传统电力系统规划运行模式难以适应新能源大规模发展需求，系统灵活性不足、多能流耦合复杂、安全风险凸显等问题日益严峻。亟需突破协同优化与灵活运行关键技术，构建安全高效的新型电力系统。本期拟以“新型电力系统的协同优化与灵活运行技术”为主题，约稿征稿范围为：
1.高比例新能源电力系统灵活性提升与协同规划；
2.多能流耦合系统的建模、仿真与优化运行技术；
3.规模化储能配置与电网适应性调控策略；
4.虚拟电厂关键技术架构与商业模式创新；
5.车网互动与配电网协同运行与优化规划；
6.源网荷储互动优化与工程实践。
（五）面向“双碳”目标的能源高效利用与节能关键技术（10月刊）
全球能源转型与“双碳”目标的实现，不仅依赖于清洁能源的规模化开发，更取决于能源全链条的高效利用与深刻的节能变革。当前，从发电侧的综合能效提升，到电网侧的先进输电技术，再到用户侧的智慧能源管理，能源高效利用技术正迎来跨学科的突破性发展。本期拟以“面向‘双碳’目标的能源高效利用与节能关键技术”为主题，约稿征稿范围为：
1.综合能源系统协同规划与能效提升；
2.人工智能在能源系统优化与能效管理中的应用；
3.适用高比例可再生能源的新型节能设备研究；
4.高比例可再生能源情景下需求侧管理；
5.工业领域节能与电能替代技术；
6.面向能效提升的先进输电技术。
（六）高比例可再生能源并网与消纳关键技术（12月刊）
高比例可再生能源的并网与消纳是一个涉及资源评估、规划设计、运行控制、市场机制及前沿交叉技术的系统性工程。亟需在关键技术与机制瓶颈上实现突破，探索系统化解决方案的有效路径，为高比例可再生能源并网与消纳提供有力的技术支撑。本期拟以“高比例可再生能源并网与消纳关键技术”为主题，约稿征稿范围为：
1.可再生能源评估与功率预测技术；
2.高比例可再生能源电力系统规划与多能互补；
3.高比例可再生能源电力系统稳定分析与运行控制；
4.提升系统灵活性与消纳能力的储能应用技术；
5.数据驱动与人工智能技术赋能可再生能源消纳；
6.并网逆变器控制技术与电能质量提升方法；
7.支撑高比例可再生能源消纳的电力市场与机制设计。

Submission declaration

Author contributions
For transparency, we require corresponding authors to provide co-author contributions to the manuscript using the relevant CRediT roles. The CRediT taxonomy includes 14 different roles describing each contributor's specific contribution to the scholarly output. The roles are: Conceptualization; Data curation; Formal analysis; Funding acquisition; Investigation; Methodology; Project administration; Resources; Software; Supervision; Validation; Visualization; Roles/Writing - original draft; and Writing - review & editing. Note that not all roles may apply to every manuscript, and authors may have contributed through multiple roles. More details and an example.
Changes to authorship
This policy concerns the addition, deletion, or rearrangement of author names in the authorship of accepted manuscripts:
Before the accepted manuscript is published in an online issue: Requests to add or remove an author, or to rearrange the author names, must be sent to the Journal Manager from the corresponding author of the accepted manuscript and must include: (a) the reason the name should be added or removed, or the author names rearranged and (b) written confirmation (e-mail, fax, letter) from all authors that they agree with the addition, removal or rearrangement. In the case of addition or removal of authors, this includes confirmation from the author being added or removed. Requests that are not sent by the corresponding author will be forwarded by the Journal Manager to the corresponding author, who must follow the procedure as described above. Note that: (1) Journal Managers will inform the Journal Editors of any such requests and (2) publication of the accepted manuscript in an online issue is suspended until authorship has been agreed.
After the accepted manuscript is published in an online issue: Any requests to add, delete, or rearrange author names in an article published in an online issue will follow the same policies as noted above and result in a corrigendum.
